Ariel Pink's new double album pom pom is out next week via 4AD. He will commemorate the release with a series of events in L.A. called Ariel Pink's Tantalising Tinsel-Town Take Over.  The itinerary includes a listening session in a pink stretch limo, manicures, free donuts and pizza, and more. Plus an appearance by Los Angeles local celebrity Angelyne. The flyer is up above and info for all of the events can also be found at Ariel Pink's site.

Nov. 11 – Delicious Donuts and Delectable Ditties: Eat pink donuts from Donut Friend while enjoying a full playback of pom pom at El Prado Bar (1804 Sunset Blvd) 7-9pm
Nov. 13 – Get Groovy at Gimme Gimme: Enjoy a live DJ set by the one and only ARIEL PINK at Gimme Gimme Records (9268 York Blvd) 6-7pm
Nov. 14 – Pretty in Pink Permanently: Get your nails done, only in pink, by LA’s top manicure artists while listening to pom pom at Permanent Records (5116 York Blvd) 5-7pm
Nov. 15 – Luxuriously “LA” Limo Listening Luau: Ride in style in our pink stretch job and enjoy LA’s finest sites with pom pom on the system. Rides start at Origami Vinyl (1816 Sunset Blvd.) 1pm – RSVP required – RSVP at www.ariel-pink.com/tinseltown
